We hope you will enjoy your Dark Swan eyelashes, but if in any way you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we promise a full refund within the first 14 days of purchase (other than sale, or promotional goods). We will refund all unopened and unused products excluding shipping costs. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. 

To request a refund from Dark Swan of Denmark, please follow these easy steps: 

  1. When sending back a return, make sure they are carefully packed and use track and trace, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items coming back to our office. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. 
  2. Send all unopened and unused products, with its original packaging, and with a copy of your invoice to:

  3. Once we have received your shipment, we will send you a confirmation by email. We will refund 100% of your purchase price, excluding shipping cost. Please allow 15 working days for a refund to be processed. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a confirmation email. 


We replace items if they are damaged or faulty. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your products, by sending an email to info@darkswan.dk with the subject line "Order Exchange" and indicate your Order Number in the contents of the message to arrange a return and replacement of goods.
