About your order
Your order will be processed and shipped within two business days after your order has been submitted.
In order to give you the fastest and smoothest delivery as possible, your handmade Dark Swan lashes will be sending from one of our three locations (Copenhagen, Ontario or Shanghai). An example if you order from the US we will be sending your lashes from Ontario, Canada so you don't have to worry about any import fees! ❤️
We offer Free Standard Shipping to the US and rest of the world when you order for 60 USD or more on the website.
Shipping rates and Delivery Time
Make sure to fill in your address correctly and completely! Dark Swan of Denmark is not liable for any stolen, lost packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or packages send back to us for late pick up.
Track your order
Depending on the shipping method you have selected, you will receive an e-mail once your order has been shipped including a link for tracking. Please allow 24 – 72 hours for the tracking system to process and in case you need further assistance, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order nummer.
How do I change or cancel an order?
We will do our best to assist with any changes to your order. Please email us at email@example.com with the subject line “Change of order” and indicate your order number within 3 hours after you have placed the original order. Even though we do our best to assist you, there are no guarantees if your order has already been processed and is on its way.
How do I return an order?
We hope you will love your Dark Swan of Denmark eyelashes, but if in any way you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we promise a full refund within the first 7 days after receiving your order. We will refund all unopened and unused products excluding shipping cost. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
To request a refund from Dark Swan of Denmark, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “return of order” and indicate your order number, we will get back to you within two working days with an address of one of our 3 warehouses that is closest to you.
- When sending back a return, make sure they are carefully packed and use track and trace, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items coming back to us. The cost of returning an order is not covered by us.
- Once we have received your shipment, we will refund 100% of your purchase price, excluding shipping cost. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email after we have processed your refund.
In which currency do I pay?
All orders are charged in USD. For your convenience you can view products in your preferred currency (USD, DKK, AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, NZD, AED, and CNY) using the currency exchange switcher in the navigation menu.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely! All payments are processed securely by payment provider Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
