About your order

Make sure to fill in your address correctly and completely! Dark Swan of Denmark is not liable for any stolen, lost packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or packages send back to us for late pick up.

Please note that Dark Swan of Denmark reserves the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments. In some cases, we may be able to redirect a package, but please be aware that USPS charges $15 for this service.

To provide you with the fastest and smoothest possible delivery, your handmade lashes will be dispatched from one of our three locations—USA, Canada, or Denmark—based on your shipping address.

We offer Free Standard Shipping to the USA, UK, CA, AUS and European contries with a minimum purchase of USD 60.

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Additional processing time may happen during holiday or sale seasons. 

PRE-ORDER: If you ordered an out of stock product, your shipment will be send together once all products are in stock.

Track your order 

Depending on the shipping method you have selected, you will receive an e-mail once your order has been shipped including a link for tracking. Please allow 24 – 72 hours for the tracking system to process.

How do I change or cancel an order?

We will do our best to assist with any changes to your order. Please email us at info@darkswanofdenmark.com with the subject line “Change of order” and indicate your order number. Even though we do our best to assist you, there are no guarantees if your order has already been processed and is on its way. 

How do I return an order?

We hope you will love your Dark Swan of Denmark eyelashes, but if in any way you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we promise a full refund within the first 30 days after receiving your order. We will refund all unopened and unused products excluding shipping cost. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. 

To request a refund from Dark Swan of Denmark, please email us at info@darkswanofdenmark.com with the subject line “return of order” and indicate your order number, we will get back to you within two working days with an address of one of our 2 warehouses that is closest to you.  

  1. When sending back a return, make sure they are carefully packed and use track and trace, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items coming back to us. The cost of returning an order is not covered by us.
  2. Include packing slip or some kind of paperwork that details your name and order number. 
  3. Once we have received your shipment, we will refund 100% of your purchase price, excluding shipping cost. Please allow 10-14 working days for a refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email after we have processed your refund.
